Returns Policy
Broken or Defective item: The Customer must inspect the item/s on delivery, and shall within seven (7) days of delivery notify the Seller of any defect which should be reasonably apparent, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote. The Customer shall allow the Seller an opportunity to inspect the item'/s within a reasonable time following delivery if the Customer believes the item/s is defective in any way. If the Customer shall fail to comply with these provisions the item/s shall be presumed to be free from any defect or damage. For defective item/s, which the Seller has agreed in writing that the Customer is entitled to reject, the Seller’s liability is limited to (at the Seller’s discretion) replacing the item/s, or discounting the Price of the item/s by an amount agreed to between the Customer and the Seller. Item/s will not be accepted for return other than in accordance with this clause.
You may return an item/s within 30 days after the purchase date and receive a full refund for the following reasons:
The item is broken or defective
You received an incorrect order
The product did not match the description as outlined on the product list on our website
The product did not arrive in good condition
You should expect to receive a full refund for your order within 3 weeks from returning your item. If you need to return an item, please notify us within 7 days’ (as specified above) with the details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.
If the return is due to a ‘change of mind’ or if you made an ordering error, then the item/s will not be accepted for return.
Shipping
We are only able to ship within New Zealand. If you are purchasing from an address outside of New Zealand, please email us at info@injectablesupplies.co.nz
Delivery time: We will endeavor have your item/s dispatched as soon as possible, however, please allow up to 7-10 business days. We may be dependent on third party providers in which case the delivery timeframe could change without prior notice. We will notify you of any delays with your order as soon as possible.
